About our community:

We are a condominium community located along the North Fork of Peachtree Creek at Shallowford Road, near I-85.  Originally built as apartments in the 1960s, Bradford Square was converted to a condo community in the 1970s.

There are 71 townhouses, ranging from two to four bedrooms, with the majority being three bedrooms.

Our condo owners are a culturally diverse group, including residents originally from such places as Nepal, Russia, India and the Caribbean.  We pride ourselves on a sense of community and working together to create a safe, enjoyable residential environment in which to live. We also maintain a Neighborhood Watch and are committed to preventing crime.

Bradford Square is pet friendly, though pets must be kept inside your condo, not outside your unit or on your patio. Pets must be walked on leash and we strictly enforce picking up and properly disposing of their droppings.

There is a pool for residents and invited guests only.  We also have a playground area for children and pets.

Currently our monthly HOA dues are $260.  We recently replaced our patio fences and upgraded our outdoor lighting. We are now working to improve our landscaping. A few years ago the non-brick parts of the exteriors of unit were painted.

If Bradford  Square sounds like a place you would like to call home, we invite you to keep an eye out for available units for sale.

HOA Dues

Monthly HOA fees of $260 are due no later than the 10th.  A 10% late fee ($26.00) will be charged for any payments received after the 10th.  Payments can be sent to P.O. Box 450563 Atlanta, Georgia 31145.
